We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange your product instead of returning it.

Eligibility:

• Exchanges are accepted for unopened and unused products within 30 days of receipt.
• The product must be in its original packaging and condition.

Process:

1. Contact us at info@notmelaxin.com with your Order ID and request an exchange.
2. Wait for our confirmation and instructions before sending anything back.
3. Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will ship the replacement.

Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or shipped incorrectly.
• We cover the shipping cost for sending out the replacement item.

Exceptions:

• Opened or used products are not eligible for exchange.
• Exchanges cannot be processed if items are returned without authorization.
